I went to trade in my Maxima to purchase a new Malibu.I was verbally told they were giving me $10,000 for the Maxima which was fine. Upon inspection of the lease documents, I saw they had only given me $8, was verbally told they were giving me $10,000 for the Maxima which was fine. Upon inspection of the lease documents, I saw they had only given me $8,000. No explanation was given other than it was a "misunderstanding." I refused to take delivery of the vehicle and was given a refund. In addition, the lease was supposed to be for 15,000 miles/year but the agreement stated it was 12,000 miles/year. Be careful at this dealership! Double check all paperwork!!! More

The sales staff at Paul Conte Chevrolet was warm, friendly, and patient with me. They answered my questions and let me poke around the showroom, looking at all the great vehicles. I was promised that this dealership would get me the best price and they really delivered on that. My salesman, Ralph Montanino, made the whole process easier than I expected it to be. In the end, I got a 2012 Equinox at a good price, and enjoyed the overall experience. When it comes time to buy a new car again, Paul Conte Chevrolet will be the first place I go to. More

I have to say that I have bought alot of cars in my day and the second I walked into the dealership and began talking to Bob I knew I was buying a car from him. I do alot of homework before I step foot in and the second I walked into the dealership and began talking to Bob I knew I was buying a car from him. This experience, was by far the best I ever had in a new car purchase. not only did I leave with a new suburban but I also left with a new friend in Bob. we've talked several times since the sale, even just small talk. I had been following the progress and details of the Volt since GM announced it years ago. Bob was knowledgeable about the Volt’s details and available leasing programs.
