Gentlemen It was the night before Thanksgiving and I was being"that" person who walked through the door 15 minutes before closing. They might have already been closed, but I had called ahead of time to say I was coming; of course I arrived later than expected since I had a 4 year old in tow. These gentlemen, Billy and Bob, were absolutely amazing and didn't make us feel rushed in the slightest. They answered every question I my husband I had about the Traverse. It was a pleasure working with them and I felt they really tried to give me the best price they could without giving the car away for nothing.
