He knew what I was looking for and what I wanted. He was in no way out for himself or just out to make a sale and he didn't try and get me to buy something more than what I was looking for. He would call whenever he said he would and if he wasn't available to take my call, he always got back to me at his earliest convenience. I have owned my vehicle for five months now and I can still reach out to Joe with any questions or concerns. He is always ready with an answer and, if he doesn't have the answer right then, he'll always get back to me in a timely fashion with what I need to know. It was a pleasure going in to Paul Conte and dealing with Joe. I wish more sales people were like him. No pressure and respect for the customer. Joe didn't treat me as if I was a customer.
