We went there later that afternoon, filled out the paperwork, got a great value for our Suburban we were trading in, left a deposit and picked up the car the following day. I had a conversation in advance with the salesman and when we arrived for our appointment he was prepared to spend the necessary time with her to explain the vehicles. Then off to the car and it was decision time and I just sat and watched as George explained the vehicle and compared operations to her Cadillac SRX.. When walking from the vehicle she never stopped talking about the vehicle. My work was done and she was looking forward to taking it home.
