Why can't every car buying experience be like this? My wife and I had been looking at other GM products before we decided to come back to Chevy to see what they could offer (GMC Terrain, which was not a My wife and I had been looking at other GM products before we decided to come back to Chevy to see what they could offer (GMC Terrain, which was not an interesting choice but was at our price point, and the Buick Encore, which was nice to look at and was nicely equipped, but was just too tiny for our family car). Andrew Pilch was the kind of salesman that we like to deal with, no games back and forth, no hidden agendas. He listened to what we wanted and how we wound up back at Chevy, looking at the 2016 Equinox to replace the 2013 Equinox we are coming out of. As we were ready to accept that we couldn't afford the car, the manager gives us a number that we couldn't ignore. We knew this was a good deal and exactly what we were shopping for :) We are very happy with the car and the payment, but mostly with the seemingly painless and easy deal as a whole! We never look forward to car shopping, as most salesmen in the jungle land of dealers always seem to try confusing or intimidating you, which always winds up with us walking out angry at the way we were treated, and disappointed and frustrated at the thought of having to do it again! At the end of our next lease, we will be stopping by Paul Conte Chevrolet first, without trepidation and fully expecting the same pleasant experience that this transaction produced! They seem to be doing something right and I have told that to everyone who has asked about our new car :D Thanks again to Andrew Pilch, Bob Schwarz and Mike in finance! They made me a fan of Chevy and Paul Conte Chevrolet in Freeport, NY :D More
