Good salesman, terrible service Over a year ago, i bought a one year old used car from them, and had issues right away. half way home, i noticed the gas tank was literally almost emp Over a year ago, i bought a one year old used car from them, and had issues right away. half way home, i noticed the gas tank was literally almost empty, and when i got all the way home, i noticed there was no spare tire. The salesman later offered me a voucher for about seven gallons of gas (less than half a tank) from the station across the street from the dealership, which was an inconvenience for me. But since i had to go all the way back there to get my spare tire from them, i didnt complain. my major trouble occurred the next day after i bought the car. the hands free bluetooth system stopped working. They looked at it and said they couldnt fix it, since the used car i bought was not the make they sold there new. however, they did own several dealerships, one of which sold the make i bought. I made an appointment and brought it all the way up there, and told them what needed to be replaced, after researching it on the internet and finding out it was a major, well known issue for that model year. They claimed they never heard of the issue, so they reset the radio and sent me on my way. Of course, the next day the problem came back. i came back (my fourth trip back to the dealership to resolve issues) for my appointment to check it out further. They agreed that it was probably just what i said it was the prior visit, and said they had to order the part. AFter me calling them for a couple of weeks wondering why i havent heard from them, they said i had to wait until i had my car one month so my third party extended warranty would kick in and cover the repair. This was ridiculous, since the problem became known when i had the car less than 24 hours. i now had to wait a month for the repair to be covered when they should have fixed it my first trip there, at their expense. When i did get my warranty in effect, i took it to a local shop to get the work done. i did not want to see them profit off of their terrible customer service. If they just fixed the issue when i first got the car, i would have given them a great review. The deal went smooth, the old guy in the finance office was great, the car was clean and ready for original pickup on time. The whole service experience was disappointing and i will never again give them a chance at my business. if the salesman would have just straightened it out with the service department, and somehow just made sure i had a completely properly functioning car i would have been a happy customer. More

Disorganization When I arrived to finalize everything after having an appointment for a few days and confirming that morning. the car wasn't cleaned or detailed and When I arrived to finalize everything after having an appointment for a few days and confirming that morning. the car wasn't cleaned or detailed and had an odor, The wiper blade was hanging off, the left quarter panel wasn't straight. I was asked by the salesman if I noticed if the mats were in the car, as he obviously did not do a pre check. one mat was threadbare and a second key was not made up. When we asked the sales person about all this he wasn't willing to make the necessary corrections and we had to negotiate it all with him acting as if he was doing us a favor. His customer service was nonexistent And was very difficult to deal with. We waited about 2 hours because the paperwork wasn't ready although we had an appointment and they knew way ahead of time we were coming and down payment etc. While we waited he could've taken care of everything and didn't. I had to go back multiple times for them to correct all these issues and even dealing with the department manager his customer service was non existent, he mentioned the salesman would be spoken to but was unapologetic and rushed me.. Overall the experience was unpleasant due to disorganization poor leadership and a general lack of care for the customer it was extremely apparent it was all about the sale. More

Kristen Conte is a god-send My wife, mother-in-law and I were feeling frustrated and upset when we arrived at Paul Conte Chevorlet. The previous dealer we had been to had used hi My wife, mother-in-law and I were feeling frustrated and upset when we arrived at Paul Conte Chevorlet. The previous dealer we had been to had used high pressure sales techniques and bait and switch on us and we left feeling downtrodden and broken. But Kristen Conte was a breath of fresh air. Warm, charming, intelligent...she knew her stuff but never talked down to us and made us feel like we were having a cup of coffee with friends, not buying a car. By the time the ink was dry on the contract, I was fully impressed and delighted with this wonderful saleswoman. More

He spent most of the morning with me going over all the pricing and even showing and explaining cars I originally said I was not interested in. He ran all the numbers on his computer while showing me every step, which shows confidence and openness. More importantly, he made sure I got the right deal on the right car. I ended up leaving with a 2016 Chevy Malibu and I was more than pleased with the entire experience! More
