I was not haggled into pricing and added things. I traded in my 2007 Chev Trailblazer without any issues. Their service will make me definitely go back there for my next truck. Christian was wonderful from the start. He saw me in the lot and came right out to me. Asked me what I wanted and what he could do to help me. From the minute I walked into the lot, to the minute I left he took care of me. Michael was also wonderful. When Christian was not there, he took over. Michael took care of everything the day I picked up the truck. He walked me through all the bell and whistles that the truck had. Very very helpful. He made it clear that if ever I needed anything to call!! Don Johnson was great with setting up the financing part and was clear about everything I was getting.
