Made an appointment with Bob Schwarz to inquire about ordering a new Colorado. Instead of meeting with me, he hands me off to a salesman who has no idea how to put the order together. This dealer likes to play games with the customers, The first time I went in they sold me a piece of junk car, My fault cause I wasn't prepared and I needed a suv. The suv they sold me was "certified pre owned" but I later found body damage which indicated it was in an accident, They lied about my financing and disregarded my price range again most likely my fault for falling for their tricks. Then a few months later they invite me in to trade my vehicle for a lower priced one, after spending 3 hours in the dealer they realized it was to soon to do a trade. 3 hours wasted. Christmas eve same thing I gave them a price range and 3 hours later they bring me back to finance and ask for more money and the price was not what we aggreged on I was told 14,995 over the phone then it was jacked up to 16,995. we agreed on 15,995 but the financing was $75 more than we agreed on. will never go back. More

I'm very disappointed with my purchase with Chevy I'm very disappointed with my purchase with Chevy dealership. When I test drove the car, I noticed the sound and the rear door not locking, so I h I'm very disappointed with my purchase with Chevy dealership. I took my car as you Mike asked me to do so to the HONDA DEALER REPAIR SHOP due to the electrical problems and you claimed you had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned it may be the shock! That needs to be repaired because of the sound i was hearing, and it's hard to believe a dealership manager wouldn't know anything about auto parts but okay!! Moving forward, I TOOK MY CAR TO HONDA DEALER REPAIR SHOP, MY CAR HAS BEEN THERE SINCE JULY 8,2020. I FINALLY GOT THE CALL FROM HONDA THAT THE EXTRA INSURANCE COVERAGE I PURCHASED WENT OVER. I CHECKED WHAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED AND  THE INSURANCE CONTACTED HONDA AND THEY SAID THEY'D BE HAPPY TO COVER ALL REPAIRS. ITS BEEN LESS THAN 30 DAYS SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THE CHEVY DEALER ON JUNE 29, 2020, THEY WON'T PAY FOR ANY REPAIRS, SO THEREFORE CHEVY YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MY REPAIRS. I'M NOT SPENDING ANY MORE MONEY. I PAID THE HONDA DEALER REPAIR SHOP $135 FOR THEM TO DIAGNOSE THE REPAIRS MY CAR NEEDED. MY QUESTION TO YOU IS HOW ARE YOU GOING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!!!! Having had both pleasant and unpleasant experiences in the past, this was our first time dealing with this dealership and Chevrolet. You know when you walk into a dealership if you are comfortable with the Salesman and the dealership as a whole. By luck, we worked with Thomas (TJ) Picerno. Never pushy, always communicative, he breaks the stereotype and unpleasantness that sometimes comes along with "haggling" to get the best deal. He worked with us and we worked with him and the dealership. I think he gave us a great deal, made sure we got what "we" wanted and even did the right thing no questions asked when we encountered a little hiccup, making a good experience a great one. More
