Worst service people to deal with. Fits their site says, regarding appointments... "No appointment necessary". "First appointment I have in 2 days" ....your site says no appointment necessary..."Then why are you call ?" she responded. To make sure you can get me in. "I told you the next appointment if 2 days, at 2:30" ...you website says 6 PM. " Our Technicians only work til 430, last appointment is 230." . I called back to speak to the service Manger..."what is this regarding I was asked" A problem with the service department I responded. " He's not hear I'll transfer you to his voice mail". I was then transferred to a non-working extension. Called back to speak to the General Manager, again I am asked "What is this regarding" a problem with the Facility. "He's not here I'll transfer you to his Voice Mail" Sadly three days later still no call back. I just want to know how they place NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY on their website then say you must make an appointment. Not sure of the names of the people I spoke to. If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment through the Chevy App for a problem with my 2020 Traverse. Delilah called me back to tell me that a diagnostic could not be done on Saturday, totally through the Chevy App for a problem with my 2020 Traverse. Delilah called me back to tell me that a diagnostic could not be done on Saturday, totally understand. I made an appointment for 6/2 at 7:30am. I asked about getting a loaner as I have that as part of my warranty. She told me they were only for East Hills customers and I explained that I needed to get to work and her response was “That’s not really our problem, we have none available until July 11th”. Her tone was rude and disrespectful, not a great way to speak to customers. Back to the appointment… I dropped my 2020 Traverse off on 6/1/21 around 4pm for a 6/2/21 7:30am appointment. As of 11:30 am on Wednesday my truck was not even taken in. Ethan said they would try to get it in today, TRY??? I had an appointment, I called to speak to Ethan for an update around 3pm, my truck was still not taken in and he told me that it wouldn’t even be taken in until maybe Friday 6/4/21 the earliest. I asked him why when I had an appointment. His response was “Well we are too busy and we’ll get to it” I said I had an appointment and he responded with “What do you want me to do about it?” Um, how about honor my appointment time and take my truck in when it was scheduled for a diagnostic. I asked if he had any idea what might be wrong, he responded no but it may cost you out of pocket to fix. No, you don’t know what’s wrong with my truck and it is still under the 3yr/36,000k bumper to bumper warranty. Trying to scam me out of money for something under warranty isn’t going to happen. I called back around 4pm and asked what time I could pick my truck up until and he said 6 and hung up the phone on me. I arrived at East Hills, my truck was there waiting and reeked of greasy fast food, which is funny because I haven’t driven my truck the past 2 days. I’m glad my truck was able to be your go to for your lunch. I’m so disappointed with this place. I will NEVER use them again and a suggest you don’t either. More

I brought in my newly gifted 2019 camaro in and each time I brought my car in they scratched it and damaged it and then denied it multiple times even the manager denied that it happened there but i recieved I brought my car in they scratched it and damaged it and then denied it multiple times even the manager denied that it happened there but i recieved my car literally 4 days before i brought it in for service and there wasnt a single scratch on my vehicle then each time i recieve my car I got a new scratch which is ridiculous dont bring your car here if you value your vehicle they dont care appropriately about customers vehicles More
Rip off I do not recommend this place at all if your going there to fix your car by the mechanics. I bought a in 2017 ,a 2017 Chevy Trax, and was told I neede I do not recommend this place at all if your going there to fix your car by the mechanics. I bought a in 2017 ,a 2017 Chevy Trax, and was told I needed a brand new engine. How is that even possible when I have proof of oil changes and regular up keep. They didn't want to honor my warrenty. I went to 2 mechanics and they told me I definitely dont need a new engine. I needed a new engine valve cover, spark plugs, engine modules, and wheel alignment. That was no where near the $8500 the dealership quoted me. This place is a rip off. They told me they removed my engine, that was a lie the 2 mechanics who looked at it said this does not look like a car whose engine been removed, but it looks like they disconnected tubing and left it like that. When I took the car I could tell it sounded off. I was never that loud. The only positive about this place is the salesman Ronny. Hes great! He was helpful and never pressured me to but anything. More

It’s been almost two months and still I haven’t received my deposit. I’ve spoken to him, he has promised to return it as soon as possible, but I’m still waiting. I’ve e-mail the manager as well, spoken to numerous people and even went back to give my information again. Apparently they have misplaced my folder. I don’t know what exactly I have to do in order to receive the deposit back. More

Overcharged and angry I brought my truck in 6:30 am and received a call at 8:21 am that the truck would get looked at a soon as possible to find out the problem for a check I brought my truck in 6:30 am and received a call at 8:21 am that the truck would get looked at a soon as possible to find out the problem for a check engine light. I called at 11:50 am to see what the problem was and was told I should get a phone call within the hour. I called back about an hour later and still didn't any information on the truck. A little after 1:00 pm I got a call saying that the truck was not getting looked at until after 4:00pm. I told the manager that the truck is my only transportation and I needed it to go home. He said he would call and figure something out. I got the call 20 mins later and he said it's either the spark plugs or if not it was something else. I told him to change the spark plugs and coil and go from there. He called me 30 mins later and said the truck was running but the fuel system needed flushing. I told him to flush the fuel system and he said it should take about a half hour. By the time I got off work my truck was done but I was charged almost $500 for labor alone. More
