Great Experience I had recently brought my 2007 Pontiac G6 to the Paul Conte Chevrolet show room because my check engine light came on. There I met George Frouxides a I had recently brought my 2007 Pontiac G6 to the Paul Conte Chevrolet show room because my check engine light came on. There I met George Frouxides and told him my problem. George was very courteous and helpful. He immediately sent me to the service department and service rep Ethan proceeded to take my information. It was quite apparent that Ethan was very knowledgeable and he assured me that the car was in good hands. He told me to leave the car with him and that he would call me as soon as they knew the problem. Shortly after the phone rang and it was Ethan. Ethan told me that the catalytic converter was bad and needed to be replaced. He also told me that it was still covered under warranty and that I could pick up the car the next day. Obviously I was extremely happy and I highly recommend Paul Conte Chevrolet! More

Key Reprogram One of my electronic keys lost it's program. I checked the vehicle in with Dollet Kemper the Service Consultant at the service desk at Paul Conte. She One of my electronic keys lost it's program. I checked the vehicle in with Dollet Kemper the Service Consultant at the service desk at Paul Conte. She then went and had a short conversation with one of the technicians and she was able to reprogram the key from the car. I was actually finished before my scheduled appointment time. A Beautiful thing. More

I made a appointment waited a week then towed the car in which cost $100 the Svc mgr told the tow drive to put it back on the truck he is not going to work on it. Went in for my first oil change on my Cheve Equinox, found Bill to be very courtious and frindly. In was in and out in less then 45 minutes. I have been dealing with Paul Conte Chevrolet since the mid found Bill to be very courtious and frindly. In was in and out in less then 45 minutes. I have been dealing with Paul Conte Chevrolet since the mid 70's and alway found the sales staff and service department to be tops. When it is time for a new vehicle I do not shop any place else. I bought my Tahoe in late September of 2010 and started having electrical problems early this year. I drove it into Conte where I purchased the car and they refused to help me for 3 weeks and were extremel having electrical problems early this year. I drove it into Conte where I purchased the car and they refused to help me for 3 weeks and were extremely rude. I called and spoke to the manager and he just referred me back to the service department. I wrote directly to Mr. Conte and did not even get the courtesy of a call. They were unwilling to react quickly so I finally broke down in Pennsylavania and had a dealer out there help me. The car is going back under the lemon law but the experience I had with Conte is unforgivable. I have heard from others that they have had bad experiences with Conte. I would strongly recommend against doing business with Conte. More
