They know they have a great product, so they don't have to do any of that old school garbage. He spent as much time as we wanted, not just telling us about the features, but showing us them in a way we could fully understand what we were getting. The finance and purchase piece of this experience was fantastic. Other dealerships have taken HOURS to process this stuff. At Donaldsons it was so quick and easy I was like "You sure that's it???" Thank you Robert Zolyniak for making that so simple! Then Mike spent the time getting us set up in the new car, making sure I knew how to use everything, setting up the driver preferences profile, connecting my phone and helping me use the hands free system to make sure it was working correctly.
