We came into the dealership on a Tuesday at which time Dave took us out in the Crosstrek for a test drive. We then came back into the dealership to discuss options. Dave was very thorough. On Thursday we were back with our decision to lease and had some preliminary discussions with financial services. By Friday afternoon, we completed the lease agreement and Dave took us outside to explain how everything worked inside and outside the car. He also told us to feel free to call him anytime to re-explain anything we didn't understand. From start to finish, the whole process was very smooth. More
