BEST overall experience from a car dealership! It’s never an easy feeling when your children become of age to drive a car. I’m sure I’m in the majority when I say that as a parent, I worry when my It’s never an easy feeling when your children become of age to drive a car. I’m sure I’m in the majority when I say that as a parent, I worry when my boys are driving a car. I know I can’t control what other drivers on the road do, but I can do everything possible to provide them with a safe car to drive. Safety is the number one priority for me. I had done extensive research on cars, and determined the best car for my son to have is a Subaru. I had been to numerous Subaru dealerships, looking at various models and obtaining prices. It wasn’t until I stepped into Donaldson’s dealership, that I made my purchase. I felt an immediate connection with Zaak Fox, my salesperson. Zaak is the most GENUINE and friendly salesperson I have ever dealt with in a dealership. He’s not your typical “tell you anything to get a sale” type of person. He was both personable and knowledgeable. Zaak understood my concerns for safety when it came to purchasing a first vehicle for my son, and he spent a substantial amount of time with me going over specifications and working numbers to meet my needs. He never once pressured me or made me feel rushed. Through the entire experience of purchasing this car, we had many laughs and got to know each other quite well. I can truly say that it felt as though I had known him for years. As we were close to finalizing a deal on a car, he introduced me to his manager Steve, who was also extremely personable and helpful through the process. I have never felt so comfortable in such a dealership, and knew this was the right place to purchase the car for my son. I placed a deposit on a car and scheduled an appointment to take delivery of the vehicle a few days later. I called the dealership the following day because I was considering adding additional options and changing the model. I left a message for Zaak, who called me as soon as he was back in his office. Once again, he went above and beyond to accommodate my requests for the upgraded vehicle. Today I took delivery of the car. Zaak once again went above and beyond to go through every detail about the functions of the car. He even let me videotape some of the demonstration to show my son. I left the dealership feeling confident fully understood all the workings of the new car. If honesty, good business ethics, and purchasing a safe car are your priorities, then I urge you to visit this dealership. You won’t be disappointed. I know my son will be thrilled with his new car, and I’ll have peace of mind knowing he’s driving the safest car on the road. There is no doubt that I’ll be returning to Donaldson’s Subaru when it’s time to purchase a car for my other son. More
