She did not pressure us at all in any way. She did not play any 'games' with us. When we picked up the car she again explained all the features and she knew that we were not used to them so she took the time to make sure we understood it all. In the past when we had purchased a new car it felt like a battle with the car dealer. This experience was totally different.
