After giving me a price for the Subaru Impreza I eventually ended up leasing, he enthusiastically informed me that it was totally fine to shop around a bit more to find the best price for me. This is the polar opposite of the experience I had at other dealerships. Salesmen at other dealerships were untrustworthy, and tried pulling every trick in the book in order to get me to buy then and there. They aggressively pressured me, tried changing around the price on me, and were clearly not interested what was best for me as the customer and would do anything they could to secure the sale. When I got around to making the decision to buy, I informed Zaak over the phone the best price I had received, and he told me he could beat the price. When I came to sign, he was true to his word and I got the price he gave over the phone with no hassle. The car is great and my experience at this dealer is unmatched by the three other dealerships I shopped at. Buying a car is tough, but Donaldson makes it a bit easier.
