I began my car search back in May of 2017 after college and went for a quick buy of a Ford Focus. After many services recalls and lack of safety features... my car search began again in December. I knew I wanted a Subaru because my brother has a WRX and highly recommended the brand. I had two important things while shopping for this car. I needed to be able to drive in the snow, and drive with my seven month old niece in the back. I went to THREE Subaru dealerships. At the dealerships I was not taken seriously because I was a female, I was treated with zero respect, not looked at in the eye and not happy. I left each dealership with a bad taste in my mouth and this is when I met Ashley. Ashley always addressed ME, the purchaser of the vehicle, regardless of who I was with. She understood my budget, what I wanted in a car and what was important to me. She was not pushy with me, and listened to my limits. She explained features, safety, and even on the test drive she pointed out everything I spoke about that I was looking for. Ashley took the time to listen to me, to get to know me and REMEMBERED these things when I came back. I left the dealership after my first visit because the color that I wanted was not in stock. After coming back Ashley worked her magic and got me the car of my dreams, in my price range and I could not be happier. I have never had such a positive experience car shopping. She made something so stressful and emotional have a happy ending. I can honestly recommend Ashley, and Donaldson's as a company to anyone looking to get into a car.
