Harrison told me when i walked up to the counter we are not like those other guys. Unexpected great experience I was dreading buying a new car from anywhere.We went to Donaldsons to look at Subaru's , saw an 2017 executive car and we were so comfortable wi I was dreading buying a new car from anywhere.We went to Donaldsons to look at Subaru's , saw an 2017 executive car and we were so comfortable with the entire dealership and the car we bought it that day. It was a really busy Saturday .Steve came out to help us and answer questions and Tom took us for a test drive, and walked us thru all the other "incidentals" - Tom spent a lot of time with us explaining features and how exactly the Forester worked, warranties etc . Great purchasing experience started with salesman, Zaak Fox I had already decided on make, model, stick shift and color; a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek with stick shift in silver.
