Great Experience Everyone I encountered at Donaldson's was friendly and inviting. I was there at least 5 times from first look to delivery of my car. My contact with Larry was brief but he was friendly and made me feel comfortable at Donaldson's. My sales associate, Holly, showed a great deal of knowledge about the Outback that I purchased. She was patient with me and took the time to go over any information I wasn't clear about. She made me feel that it was important to her that I got the car I wanted with the features I wanted. They had to order the car that I choose and she kept me updated on the status and was such a pleasure to deal with. On the day I picked up the car she spent time going over all the features of my new car with an excitement that that I truly felt she shared with me on the purchase of my new car. I have been in retail sales for over ten years and I know that is a very special quality and one that I value equally to knowledge of the product. I would recommend Donaldson's and especially Holly to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More
