Great from start to finish!!! Walking into the dealership, I immediately felt welcomed and valued. I worked with Steve (general manager?) and Mike C. , my "salesman". I put that in quotes because even though I know selling is his job, I didn't feel like a project with the ultimate goal of him getting me to buy a car. He listened to what I wanted and ultimately I got what i came for, a brand new Subaru Forester at a price that I could live with and with a feeling of warmth that comes from a well established family owned business. Every person that I came into contact with was approachable and friendly (and actually seemed to enjoy their job and giving good service ) As a single woman, it is a daunting process, buying a new vehicle (especially after having had 5 Saturns where the pricing was the same no matter what dealership you went to in the tri-state area.) I could NOT be happier. I love my new Subaru and totally enjoyed the experience of purchasing it at Donaldson's Subaru of Sayville. More

Subaru service came thru in an emergency. Just as I was preparing to drive to Arizona in my Subaru, my "Check Engine " light came on. I spoke to Chris Barcelo in service on a Friday afternoo Just as I was preparing to drive to Arizona in my Subaru, my "Check Engine " light came on. I spoke to Chris Barcelo in service on a Friday afternoon and he said he would do his best to try and have it ready for my next morning departure. If not I would have to delay my trip until Monday morning. When I bought it in I met Harrison and he helped me until I spoke with Chris. Making no promises Chris came through and had my car ready within 2 hours. Better yet my car was still under warranty and the work was covered by Subaru.
