In the showroom, he was very thorough as we sat in the showroom model and he explained all the features the Passat had to offer, as well as the different models that were available. We went for a test drive as well and even then, before we left the lot, he explained all the features to make me comforable in the driver's seat. From adjusting the wheel, seat, radio controls, the shifting features, etc. He was GREAT! Thereafter, we visited other dealerships, but those makes/models in no way stood up to our experience at VW. Darren's thoroughness and attention to every detail really sold us. Hence, I am now the proud owner of a VW Passet! Darren is a wonderful salesperson and is truly knowledgeable about the company and all the products VW has to offer. I would definitely recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.
