I was particularly impressed by Pat Davis's initiative. She contacted my by phone at 10:00 am, responding to inquiries I had made the night before on the internet. I had been to three other dealerships that day and VW would be the last. I knew there was a sale going on but that would not be enough to make me leave with a car.
