The first encounter when I walked into Donaldson's Volkswagen made a lasting impression so much that when I went to other dealers for a comparison, no one came close. On my first visit to Donaldson's Volkswagen made a lasting impression so much that when I went to other dealers for a comparison, no one came close. On my first visit to Donaldson's Volkswagen a member of the sales team opened the door for me, greeted me warmly, offered and prepared a cup of coffee to my liking and showed me immediately to a sales consultant whom stayed in contact with me my whole experience. There was no switching of sales members and I was contacted by one member during the entire deliberation process. Customer pleasantries were in a comfortable and attainable area, not like other dealerships where they may be adjacent to the sales floor in which you then have to hear the hustle and bustle of the sales floor. The sales member with whom I dealt with had an office in which conversation could be private. I was not pushed into buying a vehicle and was given an accurate quote in a very efficient and timely manner, unlike other dealers where they have you waiting for up to a half hour. Yes, there was some waiting when the paperwork was being filled out, which I assume is normal as the transition is made from the sales team to the financial department. But, the finance department was concise, well-prepared, confident and trustworthy. My awaiting vehicle was shielded from the elements, ready for pickup and I was given a thorough preview of all the amenities it came with. My sales member was in no haste, accommodating and pleasant. I would recommend Donaldson's Volkswagen to a prospective buyer over any that I have visited. More

My salesman Rob Cassero is always exceptionally easy to deal with and gave me a great price on the car with no haggling necessary. I am rather picky and they did not have the exact car I wanted in inventory, but he was more than happy to locate one quickly and get it to me within a few days. I think in all, I was in and out of the dealer within a half hour. Couldn't have gone better. Delivery a few days later went just as smoothly. No games, no attempts at an upsell from the finance manager, no problems with the car, no stress. I highly recommend Rob and Donaldson's. No pressure, no games, an overall great experience. More
