I had looked at the same product at other dealers on Long Island, but it was Mr. Bruno's customer service and mastery of the product information that caused me to purchase my new car with Donaldson's. Lastly, the dealership itself was extremely welcoming and clean. It had a very professional atmosphere. I highly recommend that anyone and everyone consider Donaldson's for a VW or Subaru. More

It is a blessing to know that I can trust the word and service of my "family" at Donaldsons. I will never buy a car from any other dealership. Avoid this dealership at all cost!! Bought my car there and have been loyal up until most recently when they have completely screwed up my car. Paid a lot of money for my car and now after 2 failed attempt and have been loyal up until most recently when they have completely screwed up my car. My boyfriend and I decided to stop at Donaldson's VW on a whim and I ended up purchasing a used 2008 Jetta SE. After a few days at other dealerships with overly pushy salesmen, it was an extreme pleasure to whim and I ended up purchasing a used 2008 Jetta SE.
