I had a great experience at East Hill VW! I first visited and saw the Atlas Cross Sport in the Fall of 2021. After doing my research I visited and met with Tim Hogan in February 2022. I was not ready to commit but Tim took his time to walk me through what could be done and what couldn't. I gave Tim a number I felt comfortable paying and he said he would see what he could do. Tim never pushed for the sale but he did keep in contact with me and I appreciated that. Early last week Tim & his new manager, Josh came to me with the number I was comfortable with and the sale was made. Not only was Tim a good salesman to stay in touch and pursue the potential sale without being pushy, he followed up to make sure that all is well and even offered his assistance after the sale. As a salesman of more than 20 years, I can very much see a younger me in Tim. I like his style and was completely comfortable and at ease. Just one note for the administrative part of the dealership, please take your time to review customer information. My VIN and name were given incorrectly to my insurance company and the information on my scheduled maintenance contract was also incorrect. That being said, it's been a minor inconvenience. It didn't stop me from giving East Hills VW and Tim Hogan in particular a 5 Star Rating! More
