My experience was unpleasant thanx to Margaret martir Margaret martir is a service advisor at the dealership she is very unproffessionalwhen faced with adversity. There are so many levels to this review and any response at this point would be completely hollow and made to express a concern that was not present d There are so many levels to this review and any response at this point would be completely hollow and made to express a concern that was not present during my visits. I will focus on the service department and to be clear I dealt with different people and not everyone was bad. Just to note this was a brand new 2018 Jeep Compass with 25 miles on the odometer. In total, I made 3 visits to the service department for a coolant leak I believed was present. There was a sweet burning smell coming through the vent especially after driving a distance. I am not a mechanic, but it was similar to issues I have had with previous cars in my life. My wife dropped off the car and she informed me that after they had the car for a few minutes they came back and said the check engine light was on. This light never came on for either of us at any time. They also wrote on the paperwork that she informed them about the light which she did not. This was the 1st indication to me that something was not right. After a few days they called me and said the transfer case was leaking. Not being a mechanic, I said OK and picked up my rental. Another few days pass and I pick up the car drive it home. Once I parked in my driveway the same smell hits me immediately. I called them and left multiple voicemails. I then text the number they use to contact me. Next day I did not receive any response, so I called and was told that it may be residue left over and it should clear up. After waiting over a week same smell. Now I voice my concern while making another appointment and they assure me they will take care of it. Brought the car in and dealt with the only available service person there. Now, this is where things get interesting the more I spoke the less she seemed to want to listen. There was never a moment where I felt any sympathy or compassion for this situation. I use these words because no matter what job you have that you provide services to the public you have to be able to empathize with a dissatisfied client. The frustration of a repeat visit, time off from work, broken trust with the vendor. No action to try and make me feel I made the right decision in coming back. Just straight to what’s the problem even though she had the records and a complete disregard of any facts I was trying to give here. Had to wait 2 hours while they reserve a rental even though I asked them to do it beforehand since they knew I was coming so another 2 hours docked of pay. After almost 2 weeks they had the nerve to call me and say nothing wrong with the car. What am I supposed to say??? Picked it up and after a day and a half, the car service engine light came on crippled the engine while I was driving. I was furious and had to have the car towed in because I was afraid to drive it. When I get there with the tow truck they made us leave the lot and unhook it outside of the lot in the street that really pissed me off. While getting it off the trailer fluid all on the bed. So, I took pictures of it and tried to show the girl who took me in and again no interest. So again, hollow smiles and no concern at all on their end. After another week I get a call that it was the battery and power steering and that it was fixed. So, I proceed to ask about the leak that was present when I brought it in and they said there was no leak. COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS!!!! SERIOUSLY!!! I literally showed you pictures of the liquid coming out of the truck when I brought it in. So, I called the front office I was on a mission to get help because at this point I did not believe anything anyone said. I spoke to Frank the service manager when I express my disbelief that there was no leak. He said he would look into it personally with the head mechanic. Got a callback explaining that it was a transmission leak and the whole transmission needed to be replaced since they can't fix that needed to be replaced. Here I am the idiot, gullible xxx that I am kind of believed him. now almost 2 weeks later I get a call car is all done. The part was back ordered and yada yada yada. So, I arrive at the dealer waiting on the paperwork walked out to wait for my car. I start going over the paperwork and NOTHING that any of us had talked about was in the report. Nothing about the battery, power steering and to top it all off the transmission was not changed. So, I go back in and ask what was going on. That's when I was treated like a child. Ohhh what do you mean who told you that, I didn't say that. The transmission was not replaced because it was not approved? They did everything under the sun to remove any type of wrongdoing except to tell the truth. I understand fully they did not make the car and all the design issues are with Jeep or Fiat or Chrysler. What I do hold them responsible for is the way they act after they take responsibility for a car and agree to fix. They need to be held responsible when their employees lies just to keep the line moving. Not to tell stories to their customers and present something that is not. To be truthful in your dealing with all customers since these cars represent a large investment on our part. To sympathize and empathize when these tools of our livelihood are not working the way they were presented to us. To be human and treat us the same way you would treat your parents. I can say this these girls in this pit are very smart you can tell but they were taught wrong. They were taught to cover up, lie and to use their superpowers to sucker and rain deceit down on their customers most of whom are duped easily and just want their car back so they can get to work. Not knowing that in the end, proper documentation that they are not provided with will cost them more in the end. All I wanted was my car fixed. I did not ask to be lied to, to have a car that still has the same issue, to be out of 4 days of work, to have to write this review. It's not what I wanted but you knew it would happen. I am not the 1st or the last to be dissatisfied. This is part of your business, this is acceptable loses in your eyes because there will always be another sucker around the corner. Just know that I will keep on posting in different forums, making complaints to different agencies, maybe even forming a support group. Just maybe some news report will come out about us, I love the hall of shame guy on YouTube, let's write to him. Just saying all this because in all our history there are just so many times you can hurt your community before the community bites back. So, before you say that your manufactured numbers show how satisfied your customers are, just know you should have done this 1 dissatisfied customer right. So, I will see you on closing day, whenever that may be, with a smile. More

Terrible service and sale of malfunctioned vehicle I left this dealership with a jeep that needed significant repairs without my knowledge. This inconvenience left me having to do the repairs myself and costing me an additional $300. I deeply regret using this dealership and will not recommend to anyone. More
