What an amazing job!!! Thank you Terrell Bradley I went to the dealership today, (Saturday morning), with my guard up because of a previous bad experience at another Eastern Automotive Group dealers I went to the dealership today, (Saturday morning), with my guard up because of a previous bad experience at another Eastern Automotive Group dealership. I had previously spoke to Terrell on the phone for several day before I actually went into the dealership. I remember thinking that he sounded very young. He always answered my called, gave me very precise information, and was so polite. His manners are impeccable. He was direct, and explained each and every detail he was saying to me concerning the car, features, and car facts. During the test drive, he explained in detail, the car features, and when showing the car, he explained fully the sun roof, the spare tire, backing up feature, etc.. He was completely thorough, and answered every question I had. I feel that Terrell was very knowledgeable about Eastern Automotive Group, and he stood behind the cars in inventory. It was a very rewarding experience work to with a young man, who along with know of the company and the product, being very dedicated to his work and to his customers. I would recommend this dealership to any of my family and fiends, and would especially recommend Terrell Bradley as their salesman. He was not pushy, and he made me feel welcome regardless of my situation. Thank you Terrell! More
