Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! I was shopping for a used Subaru Outback. I had gone to other dealers but the quality of the car and price was not what I was looking for. I found a 2 I was shopping for a used Subaru Outback. I had gone to other dealers but the quality of the car and price was not what I was looking for. I found a 2010 Subaru Outback in the exact quality, color, and price. The only thing was the original tires and rim were awful. Derrick replaced the rim and tires for me with the ones I wanted. TK was very knowledgeable about Subaru and was very friendly. I never felt pressured about anything. The whole dealership was friendly and helpful. It was truly the best car buying experience ever!!! We liked the car a lot but had a couple interior things that where from the last owners dog, it was okay though because they offered to fix that for us. Everything went well we did the paperwork and left with the new car. I had to return later that week for them to fix the interior and as promised they let me borrow a car until it would be done. Well I had to get off work and go drop off the car and when I got there the car they let me borrow had no gas in it and they said they didn’t have any cars with more gas, so I had to put my own money in it ( granted they did say they would reimburse me the money) but if they knew I was going then it should Have been ready. They said that my car would not be ready the next day because of their Company BBQ, which was kind of frustrating. Derrick kept in communication with me and let me know when the car was ready (Friday morning, not Thursday due to bbq). Although they let me know they finished Thursday but didn’t call me Because of their company bbq. But I must say Derrick was great he even changed the batteries on my keys because the keys were only working once in a while to unlock. More

I feel Scammed I've bought and sold cars many times over my lift, and they do have a good selection of used vehicles. Just don't expect the cars to run long once the I've bought and sold cars many times over my lift, and they do have a good selection of used vehicles. Just don't expect the cars to run long once they're off the lot, especially if you don't buy their $1,500 warranty.... You are on your own no matter what when you buy here, be very careful in what you pick here. xxxx More

My husband was too busy doing his homework online shopping for a car, he didn't bother checking reviews. Two days later, while on the freeway transmission failure light came on. Awful noise came from engine. We were able to crawl back to EAB. They couldn't find problem, told us to bring back if happens again. I said no way. They gave us loaner with quarter tank of gas. We never bought warranty for other cars but thank God we did for this. Excuses after excuses. Dylan was off, Dylan was out, order parts for wrong type of engine (what the heck?!). We got car back three weeks later. Eastlake Auto Brokers had renewed my fear of getting scammed, ripped off and lied to by car dealership. Yep, super nice until you're off lot with car. Hardly a word from our salesman or anyone when came back with. Can I give zero star? More

I am so very happy with my Toyota Camry, it is exactly what I was looking for! Untrustworthy, Selling Unuseable Vehicles On 12/7/17, my husband and I traded in our vehicle for a used GMC Canyon from Eastlake Auto Brokers. We left the dealership with the Canyon and the ve On 12/7/17, my husband and I traded in our vehicle for a used GMC Canyon from Eastlake Auto Brokers. We left the dealership with the Canyon and the vehicle broke down 3 miles from the dealership – check engine light flashed then we lost all power (steering, brakes, everything) and had a jerking motion from the transmission. We somehow managed to get to the shoulder on I-405. The dealership came and towed it, gave us a loaner and told us they would fix the truck. Since they were unable to fix it in their own shop, they brought it to Buick GMC of Kirkland across the street from them. We went to pick up the “fixed” vehicle on 12/13/17, but the car did the same thing 1 mile from the dealership, but this time our 1 year old daughter was in the car – terrifying moment to happen on I-405 to say the least. Again, the dealership towed it back to the shop, said they would fix it and gave us a loaner. My husband and I went to the dealership in person on 12/20/17 because the truck still wasn’t fixed and we told Dylan, the dealership owner, that we did not want to keep the vehicle due to it being inoperable. He said he understood and asked for 24 hours to talk to the co-owner before making a decision. We told him okay and did not receive a call from him 24 hours later. We called again on 12/22/17 and Dylan told us he still didn’t have an answer. We called again on 12/28/17 and were told the shop was unable to diagnose the problem in the vehicle so it still wasn’t fixed and Dylan told us he would not be buying the truck back or cancelling the entire trade-in transaction like we had asked. We filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, to which Dylan then refused to speak to us because he was too angry with us (his wife, Gella’s, exact words to us when we called the dealership on 1/2/18 for an update). We also filed a formal complaint through the WA Attorney General’s office on 1/5/18. Eastlake Auto Broker’s response to both complaints were that they’ve gone above and beyond for us already and told us that we had a day 1 warranty that we could use to fix the truck. We did not purchase a day 1 warranty and have the paperwork to show that. Dylan and Gella also said that we should not have filed the complaint against Eastlake, but instead against Buick GMC of Kirkland since the GMC dealership isn’t fixing the truck properly. We had our attorney send a letter to Eastlake and upon receiving that letter, Gella spoke with us and told us she will not fix anything else on the truck or do any more for us or speak with us again. Dylan and Gella still have not resolved this issue so now we are pursing legal action. We are sincerely hoping that Dylan and Gella of Eastlake Auto Brokers will do the right thing and take the truck back or cancel the entire transaction and give us our original vehicle back. I will post an update when this gets resolved. More
