I bought a new truck this year it has been in for the same problem 4 time they say ford won't give them the parts they need to fix it. We purchased a brand new 2024 Ranger XLT on April 4th and picked up on the 5th. It has been in for servicing for 15 days with no resolution to the sensor issue. We have brought in videos and photos of the problem. The GM, Ben Lindberg, has not been in contact with us at all. My problem here is that as a GM they should work to resolve the problem. There has been more than enough time and in person visits for him to acknowledge the issue and offer some type of solution. Instead there has been 0 follow-up regarding the complaint filed with ford. I just had my Explorer driver seat heater element replaced 11/14/24 at Eau Claire ford. It literally took them 30 minutes to replace the element but they billed me $373.89 in labor.....that's correct replaced 11/14/24 at Eau Claire ford. They say it's because they use some system that rates how long a job should take and this was supposed to take 2.5 hours. What in Gods name could that guy have done to do the job 5 times faster than the rest of the mechanics? This is simply stealing money...pure and simple. I will never go back to EC Ford for anything. I actually bought the car there...never again for anything. More

Bought a raptor from Joe. Trade in was handled by Matt (sales manager). Finance was completed by Adam. I took a chance on an older vehicle with very low miles, and everyone was exceptionally willing to work with me throughout the process that still carried a warranty for work they did to correct any issues with the vehicle before they put it on the market. They were very responsive to all my questions and issues, and were respectful and patient with a most unusual issue that came up outside the warranty that implications of it fell under the purview of the original issue, and ended amicably with everyone satisfied, and want to extend a special thank you to Matt Ferrin. I don't regret making the purchase, and can honestly say I recommend Eau Claire Ford based on every experience I had from the beginning to the end, though I'd like to say our relationship isn't over yet even though I'm in Minnesota and they're in Wisconsin and a 2+ hour drive away. More

Ford motor company isn't any better at getting issues resolved. Still, no excuse. Has now been 10 1/2 months. Very poor dealership. they would rather pay lawyers in litigation than fix their customers problems. Really sad. Yet they still have excuses for everything. Blame anyone and accept no responsibility or come up with a solution to fix a problem. would like to resolve with the owner but obviously he doesnt care. More
