My mother and I stopped in to see one of the Ford F150's for sale, and Josh was the man we spoke to on the phone and set up an appointment with. When we got to the dealership, Josh was ready with the vehicl for sale, and Josh was the man we spoke to on the phone and set up an appointment with. When we got to the dealership, Josh was ready with the vehicle, and had it brought in the garage for me. Josh is very personable and warm; a very honest and up front young man. He had a great sense of humor and did everything he could to make my mom and I comfortable while we discussed the details. Despite arriving at the dealership an hour and 20 minutes before they closed, the entire staff we worked with seemed to bend over backwards for me so that they could make this dream of mine a reality; they stayed until 10:30pm working out all the details with us so I could drive it off the property that very night!! Both Josh and Jason were nothing short of amazing to work with; it was a pleasure. It's only been one day and already I LOVE my truck and couldnt have imagined getting anything better. I will definately come back to Eau Claire Ford for any future purchases as well! Thank you all so much! Mina More

Bought a new 2011 fusion from EauFord. One of reason's is I bought a Tarus a year ago and have really been impressed by there service department and friendly. The salesman I called when I bought my first car was Mike Wiseman and he was very helpfull upfront and never felt high pressed to buy from him. Second Vehicle dealt with Kandi Hammond very impressed with her knowledge only have been at sales a few months at time. My wife and I have always been treated well on our returns visits for service also. Would certainly advise anyone interested in a used or new car or truck to contact Eau Claire Ford. More

Walking into the Ford dealership, I didn't know what I wanted in a used car. All I knew was I needed a reliable car so I could drive to work and such. All my questions were answered completely and honestly. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Ford Lincoln Mercury dealership and Josh as a sales representative because I was treated as an individual and everyone was extremely helpful in my decision:) More

The staff at Eau Claire Ford are very curtious and very knowledgeable and make the buying experience very enjoyable. Was welcomed by Dale right away. I knew what I wanted and he never tried to get me change my mind. Sorry, I am a total Chevy/GMC girl, can't believe I found what I wanted at a Ford dealership! He was very f he never tried to get me change my mind. Sorry, I am a total Chevy/GMC girl, can't believe I found what I wanted at a Ford dealership! He was very friendly and answered every question we had. He and Jason from finance stayed after hours on a Friday night to get us what we wanted. Our 9 yr old son loved the new 2012 Shelby (unfortunetly that is a bit out of our leage) but Dale knowing that he was keeping his eye on that car, went right over there and let him sit in it and even started it up for him so he could here what it sounded like. We had just purchased new tires for our other car and we asked them to switch them out for us and they did no questions asked. I would definitely go back there again and buy another car, as long as it is a Chevy or GMC of course! :) I LOVE my Acadia!!!!! More
