Was welcomed by Dale right away. I knew what I wanted and he never tried to get me change my mind. Sorry, I am a total Chevy/GMC girl, can't believe I found what I wanted at a Ford dealership! He was very friendly and answered every question we had. He and Jason from finance stayed after hours on a Friday night to get us what we wanted. Our 9 yr old son loved the new 2012 Shelby (unfortunetly that is a bit out of our leage) but Dale knowing that he was keeping his eye on that car, went right over there and let him sit in it and even started it up for him so he could here what it sounded like. We had just purchased new tires for our other car and we asked them to switch them out for us and they did no questions asked. I would definitely go back there again and buy another car, as long as it is a Chevy or GMC of course! :) I LOVE my Acadia!!!!! More

I was given a good price for my trade in and the overall deal was great for the purchase of the used vehicle I acquired and I am glad I made this purchase. I was not happy with the out-of-town mileage I deal was great for the purchase of the used vehicle I acquired and I am glad I made this purchase. I was not happy with the out-of-town mileage I obtained on my first long trip, a 3 hour trip one way. My average mileage was about 14.6 mpg for the entire trip and most of it was highway miles. When I arrived home I checked the engine oil and it appeared fairly clean, but the air filter was almost completely plugged. It was full of dirt, sand and other debris. I changed it and now my mileage ranges from about 16.5-19.5 mpg. I need to have the engine tuned up (new spark plugs) which may help more. I also recently realized that the tire pressure for each tire was 20 lbs. low. Tne existing tires require a much higher pressure than stated in the owner's manual. I would think that any vehicle that was brought in on a trade and was to be resold should at least have a few basic things done to it: oil & oil filter changed, all fluids checked and topped off, lights and other simple, quick, and low cost items done to it. The air filter was an inexpensive item for me, but would have been even less expensive for the service dept. to check & replace if needed. Adam (our sales guy), Jason (financing) were wonderful to work with. They were the only guys in town that were willing to help us figure out financing after helping us find the car we loved! They made the experience exciting, fun and a positive one. Jason did an awesome job explaining everything to us about our loan and all that is involved with that. Adam continues to be a great resource, even after the sale is complete! When you go in, he acknowledges your there, and if he can't help you instantly either finds someone else or lets you know how long it will be. I've never had such a positive experience at a dealership and we'll be lifelong customers. More
I have recently purchased a new F-150 ecoboost. I started shopping for a new vehicle about 3 months prior to making the purchase. I periodically stopped at Eau Claire Ford to check the inventory for a truck I liked. I talked to the majority of the staff, asking questions, comparing prices, comparing options etc... looking for the perfect truck. Everyone on the staff was very helpful, pleasant, courteous, and well informed on all of the vehicles. I started working with Adam Westaby about two months prior to the purchase. I was very comfortable talking with him, he is easy to trust, he answered my questions, he was never pushy and always followed through with everything he told me he would do. This included locating other vehicles and prices, checking rebates, test driving vehicles for comparison, anything that I needed to make a good decision buying this new truck. Adam is a great asset to your company!! I am certain I will purchase all of my vehicles from him in the future. The entire buying experience was great from the first visit to your dealership to driving my new truck home. The dealership was immaculate, the open space in show room, the comfortable chairs, the toy room for the kids, popcorn, cookies, etc... it all lead to the great buying experience. I would like to thank Adam Westaby for all of his hard work and his patience. I am sure he will own the dealership someday. :) I would also like to thank Lynn Anderson, she is a personal friend, who brought me to your dealership. I know how hard she works and how smart she is.
