We worked with Juan (and Tom) to purchase a used car remotely. The process was very smooth and both Juan and Tom communicated with use very well. They had just went through a severe storm that caused ha remotely. The process was very smooth and both Juan and Tom communicated with use very well. They had just went through a severe storm that caused hail damage to a large number of vehicles, including ours, they told me that they will be fixing the hail damage at no cost once they have everything scheduled which is great. I stopped in to check on the price of a set Bridgestone tires for my 2025 Altima. The service advisor checked her computer and told me that they could not get those tires for my car. The gentleman in the o tires for my 2025 Altima. The service advisor checked her computer and told me that they could not get those tires for my car. The gentleman in the other office that’s in a wheelchair overheard our conversation And came out to the office and asked if we could go out and look at my tires. we did that he came back in, checked his computer and said that they actually have them in stock. I bought them and they put them on immediately other than the fact that your service advisor Should probably be trained a little better. Everything was awesome. More
