Our sales person was good but the finance manager was extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer on the extended warranty. I think I said no four times and finally said something about rethinki extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer on the extended warranty. After that, we never saw him again, not even to review the loan documents, which in my experience is always done by the finance manager. More

Everything went very smoothly, delivery of our vehicle was a huge benefit as our last car was totaled and the stress on the kids to drive that far to pick up the vehicle ourselves wasn't doable. My sales team was amazing and made everything go smooth and painless. The service department however was supposed to run an Ozone treatment in my vehicle due to the smell of cigarette smoke when purchased and painless.
