Nice dealership but I took my Nissan in for a recall which was going to take 4-5 hours to do and the appointment was set for 11am. I was told at check in it would take 6-7 hours due they were missing a which was going to take 4-5 hours to do and the appointment was set for 11am. I was told at check in it would take 6-7 hours due they were missing a technician that was on vacation. We drove 1 hour to do this. Ended up having to drive all the way back to Eau Claire the next day. Not fun. More

I was in almost every day one week to test drive cars and finally sealing the deal on one. Connor was so helpful. After 2 visits with Nissan, I am pleased with the communication, but the issue I was there for, they were unable to fix. To me this is an issue that causes me frustration and not being comfortable d communication, but the issue I was there for, they were unable to fix. Girl on the was not very knowledgeable. Had several conversations with her and didn’t remember previous conversations.
