I had paid for the service check, which was costly, and was only warned about my oil leak. I took my car somewhere closer to home for another look and there are numerous issues with my car that were marked was only warned about my oil leak. The first salesman I had didn't call or email me back until a week had gone by . When I then called after a week, he did answer the phone but couldn't help me cuz he had things to do at home. I experienced the staff was all wonderful. My only complaint is that the service records can’t be merged.. I chose to have the car serviced there because I thought the service records could be My only complaint is that the service records can’t be merged.. I chose to have the car serviced there because I thought the service records could be merged because the previous owner had the vehicle service there. I understand that I shouldn’t be able to see the records, but I think there should be a read only by the dealership option. Otherwise I don’t see a point in me bringing my vehicle there. More
