Our sales person was good but the finance manager was extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer on the extended warranty. Everything went very smoothly, delivery of our vehicle was a huge benefit as our last car was totaled and the stress on the kids to drive that far to pick up the vehicle ourselves wasn't doable.
