Everyone was very friendly. While waiting for the service to be done, I went to the waiting area. It was very well stocked with beverages and snacks. Josh did a great job for us - very friendly and not too pushy. He's part of the reason we decided on a Nissan Pathfinder. The other staff were very good too.
