I went in with a minor problem. Received a call the next day from Eau Claire Nissian about the service, she listened to what our local technician stated and scheduled an appointment to have Nissian check the relay switch. More

$250 diagnostic fee is crazy. I can go to my local mechanic and no diagnostic fee is charged. Service writer was great but overall if my vehicle can be fixed at my local non deale I can go to my local mechanic and no diagnostic fee is charged.
