My Recent Purchase October 2014 I worked with Ray and Myron and they were both very professional, polite, and accommodating. After test driving multiple vehicles, I decided that the I worked with Ray and Myron and they were both very professional, polite, and accommodating. After test driving multiple vehicles, I decided that the one I wanted was out of the range I wanted to spend, and Carbiz does not negotiate pricing. Ray was not pushy and was not offended when we told him that we wanted to explore other dealers closer to our price range for the vehicle. After a weekend of searching and other dealership visits I found myself back at Carbiz to view a recently posted vehicle whose pictures were not yet posted online. I called Ray and he immediately went out to view the vehicle and discussed all the positives and negatives of the vehicle with me over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership Ray was waiting for me with the vehicle and walked me around the car showing me EVERYTHING that was wrong with the vehicle including a crack in the front bumper. Ray assured me that all dents, cracks, and detailing would be taken care of before I take possession of the car this coming Thursday, and the only reason it was not before I viewed it was because they just received the vehicle two days prior. I then worked with Myron, who offered me different financing and warranty options, but was not pushy when I refused them due to securing my own financing prior to arriving. Brian, the manager, came over to speak with me on each visit and was extremely friendly and professional! I am excited to pick up my truck this coming Thursday, and I am sure Ray and Carbiz will have followed through on all their promises with respect to fixing the minor cosmetic issues. I went back 2 days later with my dad to test drive it and Martin was busy with a customer, so Fred went with us on a test drive. There was one small issue with the car so he had it checked and fixed the following day with a follow up call of what the issue was. After deciding to purchase the car and working out a deal with the help of Brian who was great and always checked up at each visit. Having no credit but with the help of my dad co-signing, Martin found us a better interest rate than our own credit union. We worked out all the final details with Myron who made things very painless and explained everything very clearly. I would do business with them again as they are particular with their cars, and have a great selection of vehicles including rare ones like mine. More

Once the deal was made and it came time for the paperwork, Myron, being professional and personable, was also very funny. He made the paper signing part of the process stress-free. Even though I live an hour away from the dealership, I would definitely look to them for future purchases. I definitely recommend that you check them out. More
