I found the staff at Carbiz in Baltimore to be extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive in assisting me with the purchase of my 2008 Suburban LTZ. The experience began with the pleasant smile and greeting of the receptionist, to Martin the Salesman, and on to Brian the Sales Manager. They appeared to be genuinely interested in what my specific vehicle needs were and they delivered an excellent product. The head of the Service Department met me in the lot while looking over the vehicle and was eagar to assist with any issues I felt needed additional attention. The Suburban was in excellent condition and most who see it believe it to be brand new. The Suburban is a daily driver for my wife as we use it in our Executive Protection business. This Suburban is one of several in the business and it shows and performs equally with the others. Our clients have complimented us on our latest aquisition. Our experience was capped with the very personable Myron Boyd, Finance Director, who handled all of the financial transactions of our cash purchase and he truly was a joy to be around. I spoke with Javier over the phone on Tuesday, March 19th. He and he was very pleasant I scheduled visited that same day at 6:30 p.m. I arrived a little late for my appointment with Javier. He was unavailable and Miro graciously assisted me with my interest in the Honda Accords. I had two great experiences with Miro. When I arrived, I parked my car on the overflow lot across the street. Miro insisted that I park closer so I did not have far to walk. Miro was very personable and informative. I appreciated all of his time. As a result, I purchased the 2010 Basque Red Pearl Honda Accord. I met Myron Boyd from the Finance Department. He has one of the best personalities and he made signing on the dotted line a joy!
