I had made an inquiry about two of their cars several days earlier. I had received a message from Ms. Danielle Miller letting me know that the 2 cars that I was interested in where still available. I returned her call and a appointment was made to view & drive the vehicles. I had already been to or talked to several dealerships in my search for the car that I wanted. They all had nice cars, comp prices and most of them appeared to be good people. I didn't know if I was going to be able to keep my appointment with Ms. Miller because my daughter, who lives in Baltimore needed my help with a small crisis. Carbiz is approximately 1 1/2hr from my home, Now I don't really beleive in coincidences but because I had to go to my daughters home, that's what allowed me to keep my appointment. Nevertheless, Excluding the several dealership that I frequented in my car search most of my car buying experiences haven't been pleasant. I arrived at Carbiz approximately 3 to 4hr late. But from the time I walked in the front door I was greeted with kindness and professionalism from everyone but there was 1 who stood out from the rest and that was Ms. Miller. She made me feel like I was important an her #1 priority and I will never forget it. I bought a Mercedes from Carbiz in July of 2007....I was uber satisfied with the service and the price and the professionalism of the dealership. When it came time to add to my garage, I drove 2 hours from my home in Delaware back to Carbiz. I had shopped online and saw a Cadillac I was interested in. My salesperson, Sam Sarris got in touch with me and made an appointment to show me the car. On the lot I found a car I liked better and bought it. Sam made the experience a great one. Wonderful car, honest dealership, great service, super salesman....no downside to this car buying experience. That is why I was a returning customer to Carbiz. I have had a couple of questions since then regarding the recent perchase vehicle, and Sam and Carbiz have been super helpful in helping me out. When it comes time to buy another vehicle, I'll be back to Carbiz. Carbiz and Sam made the experience fun. Fun at a used car dealership??? Life is good and keeps getting better.
