I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the lot and found that not only were the cars all in great shape, but what you saw was what you got in regards to pricing. Sarah worked hard to get me into my Saab at a great price, and was friendly and helpful through the entire transaction, instead of making me feel like a paycheck. I've been driving my car for a week and so far I love it! More

About a year ago, we brought a Honda Pilot from Carbiz and had a very positive experience. So when my wife and I were looking to buy a commuter vehicle our first thought was to return to Carbiz. Martin is the absolute best. He worked with us on both occassions. He helped us with making a determination as to what was the best vehicle available to fill all of our needs. We were looking for a fuel efficient sedan with size and a little kick. With Martins' help we walked out the same day with very clean Honda Accord that we both love. I can not say enough about my amazing experience at Carbiz. From the moment you walk in the door you are immediately greeted and treated with respect. They really believe in customer service there and it shows. I went into the dealership 15 minutes before closing not expecting that they would stay open late. I even apologized when I came in since I knew they were closing soon. One of the associates stated that they would close only when I was finished. Right away that statement made me feel at ease. As soon as my mom and I stepped in the door we were immediately welcomed by a friendly face at the front reception desk. Within a few minutes we met Fred Alston our Sales Consultant who was amazing. I never felt rushed although it was the end of the day. He was incredibly patient. Allowing us to go out on a test drive and look at different vehicles until I was satisfied. The used cars there are in pristine condition and look brand new. Only you will know that it is a used car. I've been to a number of other used car dealerships and the warranties were limited. Carbiz offers extensive warranties which gave me piece of mind since they stand behind the vehicles sold there. I found the Mercedes Benz I always dreamed about within my budget. I went to a different car dealership a while ago and had to walk away from a deal since they were not able to make the financing affordable for me. Fred at Carbiz made the financing part so easy and was able to make the monthly payments affordable to my budget. I had an older trade in and they made me a great offer which assisted with the down payment. The owner of Carbiz even came out to congratulate me on the purchase and shook my hand. They all made me feel so great there. I did not come in thinking they would take my trade in so I had a lot of items in the trunk and back seat of my old car to get out. Fred went the extra mile with giving me recylable bags and assisted me. Fred even followed up a few days later to check in if I was still satisfied. I really like the fact that they service vehicles there and have me covered under an extensive warranty to resolve any issues. My car runs so smoothly. It's practically driving itself. I am really pleased with the car, the service, and the professionalism at Carbiz. More
