I first found my car on autotrader.com. I liked how Carbiz had plenty of pictures of the cars that I could view before going to the dealership. Once I made the decision to go to the dealership the fir Carbiz had plenty of pictures of the cars that I could view before going to the dealership. Once I made the decision to go to the dealership the first thing I noticed upon arrival was how clean everything was, the cars especially. My sales person was Fred Alston. Fred is the man. He was extremely polite and helpful the entire time I was there. He made my car buying experence very smooth and painless. I also dealt with Evan Berney. Evan is also a good guy and very customer friendly. There is only one bad thing I can say about Carbiz. The sales manager Brian Schriver is a difficult person to deal with. If I would have never had to talk to Brian I would say that my experence at Carbiz was A+++. Aside from Brian, Fred and Evan are very nice men and willing to work with their customers to make them feel they are getting a great car for their money. Overall, I would recommend Carbiz to a friend. More

The professionalism and the knowledge of the salesperson was great! I would and have recommended this salesperson. Everyone was very friendly, however I did not appreciate the amount of time it took the was great! I would and have recommended this salesperson. Everyone was very friendly, however I did not appreciate the amount of time it took the financial people to complete the sale. My loan was preapproved and the hesitancy on their part concerned me. They insisted on completing the sale, when a purchase order was all that was necessary. I spent much too much time in the dealership. It also appeared that a credit check was run because I received a negative report from the credit union(a formality on their part) where I had already been preapproved for a larger amount. The paperwork made some assumptions that could have been avoided, such as, a once a month payment in lieu of twice monthly payments to be automatically deducted. Finally, I conclude that there are some stereotypical assumptions that are made on the part of ownership that should be corrected. More

Kelvin was fantastic! He was friendly and answered all of our questions. The car we were interested in was ready waiting for us when we got to the dealership for a test drive.
