My husband and I purchased a car from Carbiz and Miro about 4 years ago. When we needed a new truck we called and we were happy to find that he still worked there! The service we received this time was even better then the last. Every person we dealt with was incredibly nice and went out of their way to help us and make us happy. Compared to other experiences we have had at other dealerships they make buying a car a great experience and not something to dread. They go above and beyond to make you drive away happy. Its impossible not to love Carbiz and all of the people who work there. It's like one big happy family! Give them a shot and I am curtain you wont be sorry! Perfect 10 AGAIN!!! More
Once we arrived at Carbiz, it was around 6:30pm on a Monday night; I believe they close at 8:00pm. We met with a Rep.(Matt Pollock) and he began to show us the cars that we were interested in. We Test Drove all the cars we liked and once we decided on a car to purchase the process started right then. We did not get out of there until 10:30pm or so everyone stayed open and without attitude even though we had all had a long day and I am sure they would have all wanted to go home, but they stayed and waited until all the paper was done, and even the gentlemen who cleaned the car that we were purchasing stayed to well clean the car up for us. So I will say I will buy again from Carbiz and will recommend this Dealership and our Rep Matt Pollock to other people who are interested in buying a new/used car. Thanks again, Courtney More

Well, I guess everyone has a story, (this one is true). I came to Carbiz to get my (old) vehicle body part replaced, while waiting I made a call to the Finance Director Myron Boyd, who previously about a yea came to Carbiz to get my (old) vehicle body part replaced, while waiting I made a call to the Finance Director Myron Boyd, who previously about a year ago made a deal for my present vehicle. Nevertheless, I spoke with him briefly concerning an upgrade. He told me to come over to the sales department before I left the area, so I did. While waiting in the show room for Mr. Myron Boyd, I was approached by Mr. Kelvin Burston and he politely asked, "How may I help you?" By this time my eye caught a glance at this beautiful grayish 2008, I had sat in it...and thought what a nice car and what would it cost to get this vehicle. So, I questioned this thought out loud to Mr Burston!!! (smiling in unbelief) Just a question. So, all the necessary information from me was taken and the magic began with these three men: Mr. Brian Schriver, Mr. Kelvin Burston and Mr. Myron Boyd, dealing and negotiating for me with the sale of the old for a new. I was kept comfortable through out the process with warm drinks (cold this time of season), lunch and in of course a warm, clean beautiful atmosphere. These are steps and time needed I suppose when you don't have the greatest credit scores and or an abundance of money. But the vehicle I sat in, need I say more??? Unbelievable!!! Yes...they managed to get me 5% less interest rate than I previously had, four years upgrade, and payments I can afford and yes that vehicle I admired sooo is now sitting in my yard!!! Great job guys!!! (smiling) I will see ya again in a couple of years. Not!!! but I will seriously recommend you to other clients. My hat goes off to you. I'm grateful!!! Thank you..."Marie" More
These guys are great! They have a great selection of quality cars and a helpful staff. I had a older Nissan I wanted to trade instead of scrap. When I drove it in, it actually caught fire...They still gave me $1000 for it!!! We've bought 2 Mercedes from Carbiz and both experiences were great. We've owned one for about three years and the service for that car has been outstanding. If you're buying a car, ask for Miro and Myron and...if your visting the repair shop, ask for Harvey. These guys will take care of you. More

I found the exact car I wanted online. I'd been searching in a 100 mile radius from my home and found the car I wanted 4 miles away at Carbiz. She continued to be helpful after the purchase, ensuring a few details on the car were taken care of by the service department. The price I paid was very fair, much better than what I'd found at other dealerships. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was pleasant and professional. I do recommend them to anyone looking for a slightly used, late-model car that comes with a warranty and the backing of a well-run dealership. More
I have been to a lot of dealership in Baltimore but Carbiz stands out. They are professionals and you are given undivided attention from the minute you walk into the showroom. Brian, the sales manager talked with me personally over the phone and in person. He addressed all my concerns and offered valuable advice. I appreciate it when people say they will call you and they actually keep their word. Brian made sure that I drove the car of my dreams from the lot with the highest level of satisfaction. His attention to detail could only be surpassed by a surgeon. Initially I wasn't too happy with the price but after comparing the deal I got with other dealerships nearby I was ecstatic. Carbiz took into account my preference, budget and driving pattern. More

I can’t tell you how many times Matt and Carbiz just bowled me over with making sure I was happy with my purchase. Let me start from the beginning.... I live in Bellevue Nebraska(about 1300 miles from Baltimore), my wife needed a new van and we started with a search online to "see" what was out there. We found several online but having never done an online purchase, we decided to look around our area. We found a few vehicles but nothing that came close to what we wanted or we felt were overpriced. So we were pretty much resigned to traveling to get a new\used vehicle and we wound up settling on 3 vehicles. One in Chicago, another in Bronx NY, and then the one in Baltimore...Carbiz. To make a long story short, Chicago and NY dealers had no interest in working with us. Understandably so since it takes a lot more effort to work with out of state customers(think logistics). But none of that mattered to Matt or Carbiz, we told Matt we were very interested and he rolled up his sleeves and went to work for us. There was no need to haggle over the price since they had marked it VERY fairly, so the only worry was "how do we know this vehicle is not a piece of junk?"....We called a Chrysler dealer to have them inspect it for us, but we had to figure out how to get it over there. And this is where Matt comes in, not only is he interested in our business but he proactively helped us to find solutions to our worries not just once, but several times. So Matt made sure that the vehicle was taken to the Chrysler dealer of our choice for inspection. The inspection went very well minus a few glitches, the windshield had a crack in it, it was so minor that nobody noticed it until it was put under a microscope. Not a safety hazard, no big deal right?....BIG deal to Carbiz and Matt, they replaced the windshield..:) WOW...any other dealer would have said "sold as is"...but not these guys. I was floored when my wife called me at work and told me what they did. Then we had to get financing, we decided to go through our own bank and had financing already locked in. There was some confusion between the bank and Carbiz regarding the title so it looked like there was going to be some delay, and in the meantime, the weekend was coming fast upon us and we really wanted to pick up the vehicle then. Which meant that we needed to purchase a flight to Baltimore(this was a Wednesday and I wanted to pick it up on Saturday). Now we're worried that we won't be able to and worse yet, we'll have a non-refundable flight to cancel....again, Matt to the rescue!...(let’s just say he took care of us) So I fly in Saturday afternoon and oh yeah, guess who picked me up from the airport?...you got it, Matt!...and after a short drive it’s time for me to see this van in person. At first glance, I'm extremely pleased...then I notice the bumper(I notice everything) it’s hard to see, but once you see it it’s hard not to see it. I point it out to Matt and he immediately goes to talk to his manager to see what they can do. After a few minutes he comes back and tells me that Carbiz has agreed to take that off the total sale price of the vehicle and profusely apologizes to me for letting that slip by. That was good enough for me, they owned it, came to a solution that I could live with...I couldn’t ask for more than that. I drove it home that night and 20 hours later arrived back in Nebraska the next day. I did forget to check for the headphones and remotes to the entertainment system, and my wife mentioned that to Matt when he called the following Monday. Just got a text from him today, he mailed the headphones and remotes.....:) I read through several of the reviews and one of the customers drove from North Carolina for the Carbiz treatment....I came from Nebraska, and it was worth the experience. How far are YOU willing to go? More
Car biz is pretty good dealership , I'm happy with my purchase overall. But as always if your told something make sure you get it in writing so you won't be scractching your head in front of the finance purchase overall.
