Mr. Alston was honest and explained in detail my options regarding the purchase of a vehicle. He was familiar with the two car's that I was interested in and even showed me a few that he thought may interest me. He was very patient considering the fact that I am overly miticulous; no pressure on his part what so ever; I felt at at ease. I purchased a 2006 Lexus GS300. Kelvin did an outstanding job. I was able to purchase the car and be out the door in under 3hrs. I was looking for a specific type of vehicle. Narrowed it I was looking for a specific type of vehicle. Narrowed it down to 2 SUVs but couldn't find anything locally. I searched on the internet and that's I was looking for a specific type of vehicle. Narrowed it down to 2 SUVs but couldn't find anything locally. I searched on the internet and that's how Matt contacted me. It was 2 hours away but they had the vehicles I liked and the prices that were best. I went up on a Saturday with my price in mind and my trade in mind, which according to several books, was fair to both sides. The intial vehicle I liked was gone so I looked at a different one. I liked it so the Price Is Right game started. We went back and forth like all dealerships make you do but eventually came to an agreement and I paid what I thought was reasonable and I'm sure they did okay on their end. A few days later I noticed a problem of leaking fluids and felt a brake pull. I contacted Matt. He immediately told me to bring it back and make a list of any concerns I had and they would be addressed. And they were. I dropped off the vehicle and a few days later it was delivered to me as promised and fixed up. Standing behind a sale is important and valuable to me as a customer.
