I was very pleased with my experience at Carbiz. Accordinig to me, buying a vehicle is never a good experence. Although, I had never heard of this dealer before but the customer service was excellent. I was met by a warm and friendly sales consultant, Sarah Herr, who was not pushy. She allowed us ample time to view the vehicle without her being a nuisance. Once we made our decision and it was time to discuss the price and finacning again, no pressure. Sarah and the finace gentleman (cannot recall his name)worked the figures to the point where I felt comfortable and was able to give me a good percentage rate. The finacne lady(again, cannot recall her name)was very, very nice and pleasant. She explained all that needed to be explained as it pertain to the finacing. Overall, customer service was A+. Sarah still make contact with me to ensure that I am satisfied with our purchase. The only thing about the process that I'm not 100% satisfied with is the detailing of the vehicle. The vehicle was in much need of cleaning and detailing. The vehicle was sent to be detailed before me taking ownership of it and it was not as deatailed as I would have liked it. It was acceptable. Regardless, it was a used 2009 Chevy Treaverse, I expected it to like it came from the showroom floor, clean and detailed. I wanted to look at it and say "WOW!" and instead I said, "It cleaned up nicely. Overall, it was a good experience and I would go to Carbiz again if I was in the market for another vehicle. The customer service and the vehicle I wanted, together, is what sold me. More
