By far I would have to say that Carbiz, especially Matt (and other staff), went above and beyond the call of duty when helping me select the right vehicle. I was looking for manual transmission vehicles, (and other staff), went above and beyond the call of duty when helping me select the right vehicle. I was looking for manual transmission vehicles, and even though they're difficult to come by at most dealerships, they had several on the lot ready to be test-driven. I found the financial department to be very patient, helpful, and courteous. The showroom is well kept and very clean. There is plenty of seating available to customers on the main floor, and also includes a little convenient break room with free coffee. Carbiz, overall, exceeded my expectations in a car dealership. For the first time I wasn't sweet-talked, swindled, or pressured into buying a car that I could not afford. I'd recommend their business to anyone looking for a modestly priced used vehicle. More

Staff ans Service were great. They stayed almost 2 hours after closing to complete the deal. No haggling over pricing, and when there was an option that I wanted and wasn't installed on the car they took c after closing to complete the deal. We had a great experience at Carbiz. Our salesperson showed us the cars we wanted to see, and then let us test drive each one. When we picked the car we wanted, they cleaned and shined it up like brand showed us the cars we wanted to see, and then let us test drive each one. With all the good reviews, I went to Carbiz with high hopes. Unfortunately I found the one person I dealt with and the other person who ignored me to be unprofessional and the dealer policies a little qu hopes. Unfortunately I found the one person I dealt with and the other person who ignored me to be unprofessional and the dealer policies a little questionable. The dealership is beautiful and the cars seem in wonderful shape, but I could not in good conscience recommend this dealership to others. I arranged a test drive with Lyle and went out early on a Saturday. I drove the car, liked it but had some questions, so I tried to touch base with the company later that day. I left a message. Not wanting to miss out on a potentially great car, I called back first thing Monday morning. Lyle answered my questions, including what my bottom line would be. That bottom line included a $665 shipping and reconditioning fee, which I asked Lyle to explain to me. It was very clearly not an acceptable extra charge, but I liked the car, was tired of looking and a reasonable amount of negotiations suggested they wouldn't budge on it, so I made an offer. Lyle said he'd go talk to his manager about the price and call me back soon. 6:30 p.m. rolled around and I hadn't heard anything. Lyle said he'd be there until 8 p.m., so I called. I was sent to his voicemail, where I stressed my interest in the car and my hope I'd hear from him that evening. The next morning at 11 I finally heard from him and agreed to buy the car. At 4 p.m. the same day, after having spent time arranging the donation of my old car, arranging a ride to pick up the new one, finishing up the financing and dealing with the insurance change, I get an e-mail telling me that another salesman had sold the car to someone else after I'd already agreed to purchase it. I expressed my dissatisfaction and received no apology, but rather got suggestions for other cars they could sell me. They were not at all what the dealership knew I was looking for except for one, which had a higher list price than that of the car I'd agreed to buy. I told Lyle I was interested and would come test-drive it if he would sell it to me for the same price as the car I had already agreed to purchase. I never heard back. I e-mailed his manager, and never heard back. The final interesting point is that, a couple hours after I agreed to buy the car, the car was not taken offline. Instead, its list price went up by $1,000. I have to wonder whether the other purchaser simply agreed to pay more and the dealership saw fit to renege on our agreement because of that. In any case, the behavoir of the two employees was unprofessional and the extra charge was dishonest. Perhaps other salespeople there are better, but I cannot recommend the two I had contact with and will never purchase a car from the dealership regardless of the salespeople. More

Carbiz is a very professional dealership, I received speedy and great service. My experince there was VERY wonderful and I cant say that about a lot dealerships I've been too in the last past year.
