Had two great salesman, Kudos to Byron and Lyle. These guys know how to make a customer feel relaxed, and comfortable when buying a car. The service at Carbiz was real, my sales person was really down to earth, very acknowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions I had as a new car owner. Mr. Alston never tried to sugar really down to earth, very acknowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions I had as a new car owner. Mr. Alston never tried to sugar coat anything and was very patient with me, when I walked out of Carbiz I felt like I could be a car salesperson. I went in there with this attitude of "these people are going to try and get over on me" but that was far from the truth. Everyone was great and I would truly recommend him to anyone. I told Mr. Alston what I could afford and what I wanted as car payments and he worked it out...I'm so happy with my new VEHICLE and would definetly go back. I am truly a fan of MR. ALSTON & CARBIZ! It is always a pleasure to work with Mr. Boyd. He has a clear understanding as to what the client wants as well as need. What stands out the most about Mr. Boyd is not just his excellent background in cars clear understanding as to what the client wants as well as need. What stands out the most about Mr. Boyd is not just his excellent background in cars, but his follow up with clients. He definitely takes pride in customer satisfaction. Evan and Ali are also great people to work with. There has not been a time I've walked into the office and been greeted with a wonderful smile and questions to my concerns. The day I came in to Carbiz I was a little discouraged about if Carbiz would be able to find me a vehicle of my liking. I had been to another car dealer but was unhappy with what they had to offer me. But about if Carbiz would be able to find me a vehicle of my liking. I had been to another car dealer but was unhappy with what they had to offer me. But when I walked in to Carbiz I was greated by a very polite and studious Mr. Miron. He sat down with me and I explained what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and he talked to me about my options and what would be the best fit for what I was looking for. After about 30 mins he allowed me to walk the lot with my neice to see if there was anything I was interested in then he joined us. I asked him why he waited to join us and he said he didn want to come off as pushy and I really liked that. He began to tell me things about the cars I had chosen and the pros and cons of each. He was very knowledgeable about each of the cars I liked. Which made it easier for me to choose what I wanted. He made me feel like we were friends not a dealer and customer. I felt like I cud trust what he was saying and that he wasn't just trying to make a sale. Everything about my car buying experience was good. Not to mention how at home it felt to be there. I really loved the puppies they were so cute. When all was done I walked away with a beautiful s.u.v. and I'm very pleased with my dealer. Even the young lady Ms. Alley was extra pleasant when it came down to the paper work. She is awsome she made it work. Love you Alley. Needless to say I have recommended several of my friends to Carbiz. Love you guys and thanks for a most pleasant first time buying experience. More
