I am incredibly pleased with the SUPERIOR service I received at Car Biz. I spent nearly three weeks hitting every dealership from White Marsh to Owings Mills. Car Biz was my last stop, I guess the sayi received at Car Biz. I spent nearly three weeks hitting every dealership from White Marsh to Owings Mills. Car Biz was my last stop, I guess the saying is true save the best for last. I couldnt even get some of the dealerships to take me seriously or even provide me info I needed. It took only 20 minutes for me to become a new customer of Car Biz. I immediately received great customer service. I was assisted by Fred and he made sure I found the vehicle I was looking for. It took me three days but at the end I had exactly what I wanted. Day two I was assisted by Russ who was also very knowledgable and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Car Biz. I not only was provided with SUPERIOR service from Car Biz but I also received excellent service from the custom auto affiliate NO LIMIT OF BEL AIR RD.. Fred was extremely helpful from our first encounter on the lot. He listened to my likes and dislikes, and made suggestions accordingly. Matt and his team put alot of hard work and effort in placing me in a decent vehichle that i could afford on my low budget. i am forever grateful for his help and glad that i chose carbiz for my 1st car. This was the third place I had visited that day, and what feels like the twentieth car dealership that I had visited throughout the week. Everything about this place made purchasing my car a pleasant experie feels like the twentieth car dealership that I had visited throughout the week. Everything about this place made purchasing my car a pleasant experience. The salesman Matt worked with me to be able to purchase vehicle that I was interested in, even though my budgetary constraints were quite severe and I needed down payments that were well within my price range. I can't say enough good things about Matt. He, along with various other staff, stayed over an hour after closing time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I highly recommend CarBiz, not for a moment did I feel that all too familiar pressure that one comes under whilst purchasing a car, and that itself makes all the difference. More

It was a great pleasure buying our twins there first cars at Carbiz. Not everyone understands the difficulty having to buy two vehicles at the same time or understands how important it is trying to get the r at Carbiz. Not everyone understands the difficulty having to buy two vehicles at the same time or understands how important it is trying to get the right vehicles to make both of our kids happy and fitting both there budgets. Carbiz made it possible with there large selection of very nice clean cars. Everyone there was a great help and worked hard to satisfy our family. The showroom is very clean and spacious, not at all what you would expect a "used car dealer" to look like. These guys and galls are A+++ all the way Thanks again Carbiz , when our next child is driving in a few years we will be calling on you again. More
