The best sales person ever! Nima myron had helped me in the best way that he could! I went to 5 different dealerships and I was pretty fed up with the end ressults. I didn't get approved at any of the dealerships I went to until I went to carbiz. I spoke with the sales manager, bryan, who filled me up with so much hope it was unbealeivable. I explained to him that I couldn't get approved at any dealership and that I really wanted to get out of my car. I wanted to cancel my appt that I had with Nima because I felt like if no other dealership could help me then what makes them think that they can. Byron explained to me how their system works as far as getting people approved. I came in immediatley ! He was sooooo professional and so trusting I knew I was in good gands. Once I met with Nima, he also gave me encouragement and led me to believe that their was definitely a way to get me out of my car and into a new one with a lower payment. They both were straight forward with me and explained everything step by step. When they came to me with the news that I was approved, I was overjoyed ! Not only did I get approved, but I got approved for my dream car and that was my biggest goal! I left the dealership with a happy heart and more money in my pockets !
