As soon as you show the slightest interest in a car, sales people will generally hound you; I didn't get that impression at Carbiz. I had been searching for a car for three months, and this was the first place that made me feel that they weren't trying to "sell" me. I found the car through Cars.com and chatted with Katie through the sites messenger. To my surprise, we set up an appointment immediately and met 30 min after our initial conversation. When I arrived, Katie was very welcoming, engaging and had the car ready to show. She was knowledgeable and addressed all my questions and concerns about the vehicle. When I decided to follow through with the buy, she was also very helpful in terms of choosing the right car insurance and auto loan terms. In addition, Myron (finance) was also helpful. As a first time buyer, it was comforting having someone with experience shed light about interest rates and the possibility of refinancing in the near future. Overall, the transaction was very seamless (which I didn't think was possible.) I highly recommend Carbiz to all my family and friends, and anyone in the market for a new car. More
